Introduction

ANSI/ESD S20.20 is an ANSI standards to manage ESD control program. In industry concerns to electrics is essential for protecting electrostatic discharge (ESD) through an ESD control program that described in this standard. Session 1:  Introduction

Describe the ANSI/ESD S20.20 history and principles including supporting systems and tools. Provide understanding of the ANSI/ESD S20.20.

Session 2:  Terms and Definitions

Describe relevant terms and definitions that normally use improvement in quality and physics and related fields.

Session 3:  ESD control program

Describe process to develop, implement and maintain the ESD control program.

Session 4:  ANSI/ESD S20.20 requirement

Describe requirement of ANSI/ESD S20.20 for implementing to industry. This includes;

Analysis of electrostatic discharge

Develop the ESD control program

Monitor the ESD control program

Session 5:  Conclusion

Conclude and explain step to implement.
