Session 1:  Introduction

Describe The importance of quality awareness and employee involvement in quality improvement programs as well as the relationship of the quality management system through the implementation of strategies, quality practices and company performance with quality awareness reflected in good communication.

Session 2:  Terms and Definitions

Describe relevant terms and definitions that normally use improvement in the quality and related fields.

Session 3:  Quality awareness development

Describe quality awareness development. Analyse insignificance of the effect of quality awareness on quality results is due to the lack of good communication.

Session 4:  Effctive Communication

Describe how to encourage contributions from all parties, which are termed the quality awareness triangle, awareness, alignment and attention to motive for creating quality products.

Session 5:  Conclusion

Conclude and exercise.
