Because difference company has different processes, then require a different combination of ESD prevention measures for an optimal ESD control program. ANSI/ESD S20.20 is an ANSI standards to manage ESD control program. In industry concerns to electrics is essential for protecting electrostatic discharge (ESD) through an ESD control program that need measurement system to measure. It provides organizations with a structured approach to control ESD that may make products damage. This course helps aspiring participants to understand how improvement helps to continual improve organisational management system using its best practice. Content

Session 1:  Introduction

Describe the ANSI/ESD S20.20 principles including supporting systems and tools. Provide understanding of the ANSI/ESD S20.20.

Session 2:  Terms and Definitions

Describe relevant terms and definitions that normally use improvement in quality and physics and related fields.

Session 3:  ESD tools for monitoring

Describe process to develop, implement and maintain the ESD meadurement.

Session 4:  ANSI/ESD S20.20 measurement

Describe measurement of ANSI/ESD S20.20 for implementing to industry. This includes;

Design of measurement of electrostatic discharge

Develop the ESD control program

Monitor the ESD control program

Session 5:  Conclusion

Conclude and explain step to implement.

Basic knowledge in ANSI/ESD S20.20 requirement is necessary. Experience in any industry will be more benefit.
