Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is a systematic method for identifying and addressing potential failures in a process or product. FMEA is used in many industries such as automotive, aerospace, medical device manufacturing, electronic, and others that require effective a risk assessment tool. This course helps aspiring participants to understand how improvement helps to continual improve organisational management system using its best practice. Session 1:  Introduction

Describe FMEA in quality management system. This foundational knowledge contributes to concepts and principals of the FMEA and Voice of the Customer (VOC). Describe history and purpose of FMEA

Session 2:  Terms and Definitions

Describe relevant terms and definitions that normally use in FMEA in related fields.

Session 3:  FMEA Development Methodology

Provide standards and guidelines to be followed and explain all the components of FMEA, prepare and fill out FMEA forms.

Describe Failure Mode Avoidance (FMA) and Failure Prevention Analysis (FPA).

Session 4:  Role and responsibility to FMEA

This session underscores the crucial role of FMEA response training for individuals. The content provides a comprehensive overview of how to incorporate the FMEA.

Session 5:  Conclusion

Conclude essential topics.
