Total Quality Management(TQM) is a management approach that focuses on improving the quality of an organization's products and services. TQM is a continuous process that aims to improve the quality of an organization's outputs through internal process improvements. The aim of our study is to describe TQM components in order to enforce practices in an organization. TQM helps to promote quality activities by emphasizing quality at all stages of the business, which. can help solving complex problems and denote excellence. Describe history and importance and involvement in TQM as well as the relationship of the quality management system through the implementation of strategies, quality practices and company performance.
Describe relevant terms and definitions that normally use improvement in the TQM, quality and related fields.
Describe TQM development process of improving an organization's quality by identifying and eliminating errors. It involves the entire organization, including employees, management, and customers.
Describe how to encourage contributions from all parties, which are termed the quality awareness triangle, awareness, alignment and attention to motive for creating quality products.
